There is no better way to burn fat than with a kettlebell (or two)! Kettlebell training focuses on movements instead of muscles, whole body functional training, and strength as a function of mobility. There is no better way to get cardio and strength training at the same time!
Kettlebell training consists of whole-body compound movement exercises. Compound movements are superior to machines that isolate muscles for the purpose of improving muscle tone, body composition, and strength. Our muscles don’t work in isolation, so why train them in that way? Kettlebells also strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less injury prone.
Kettlebell training uses fundamental movement patterns using the body as a whole to push, pull, hinge, and squat, making everyday activities easier, and injury less likely. Your posture will improve, allowing you to stand taller, carry packages easier, climb stairs with less effort, and just feel better and more durable overall.
